  • Perform energy storage analytics to support project and lead qualification
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Analytics teams to improve and develop Geli’s energy storage modeling and analytics capabilities
  • Generate proposals and RFP responses
  • Engage with Geli’s project development partners to define and effectively communicate the value proposition of energy storage for their projects
  • Support and improve customer experience with Geli’s tools and products
  • Influence product development by testing and providing feedback on products developed by the Engineering team

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
  • Experience using MATLAB and Python for data analysis
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
  • Knowledge of behind-the-meter energy storage applications, including demand charge management, time-of-use energy arbitrage, PV self-consumption, and demand response
  • Detailed understanding of electricity tariffs, energy markets, and the electricity sector
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels and teams at Geli
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and nimble in a multi-faceted work environment

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Experience in solar project development and modeling
  • Familiarity with incentive programs for solar and energy storage
  • Understanding of renewable energy project finance and power purchase agreements
  • Sales experience, ideally B2B
  • Experience with CRM platforms
